Description: The present product is a component of vibrating motor used for a mobile-phone. Cylinder type motors were the mainstream up to now generally and a part with a simple shape of approximately 3-5 mm thickness was used. However, because the use of coin type motors increase recently for miniaturisation of the mobile phone, a weight with thin, shoulder shape was demanded.
The present product was a thin part with a total thickness 0.9mm, and different in shoulder of top and bottom side each held about 0.3mm. There brings some difficulty to minimise the density difference during compacting.
In this development, the weigth dispersion dusring compacting was improved by adequacy of quantity of binder and powder granulation. A series of compactings methods were used due to feedback of size measurement. All of these efforts have made it possible to carry out the production of present tungsten weigth parts.
As the result, the present PM tungsten weigth made by compacting, sintering process without any machining, wer deve;oped, and ot can satisfy the requirements from the customer.
