Description: The P/M company fabricates six P/M parts- the rain gear with 51 teeth, 2 connecting rods, an inner part, a spacer and a valve. The P/M steel parts range in density from 6.6 g/cm33 to 7.0 g/cm3. Tensile strengths range from 74,000 psi to 87,000 psi. P/M provided substantial cost savings over alternative production methods.
