Description: This complex 4-level copper-nickel-steel injection pump sproket has a tensile strength of 545MPa, a yield strength of 379MPa and fatigue endurance limit of 235Mpa. The sproket operates in a diesel injection punp and has a very intricate shape with double tooth diameters. Secondary operations include machining and heat treating the teeth to a minimum 60HRA hardness.
