Description: As an outcome of co-development between the sintered part manufacturer and the enduser this part has inbuilt multifunctionality, which comprises:
a) pressure tight cover plate for camphaser for 20 bar at 145C
b) tool off oil sealing ring groove on camphaser rotor mating surface
c) tool off ventilation (vent) groove for oil flow (in central bore)
d) camshaft bearing function in central bore + integrated seal contact area at central hub
e) lock pin seat for camphaser functionality
f) camshaft pulley function
