Upon receipt of the reservation form an invoice for an initial 10% deposit will be issued by the Congress Organiser to secure your stand location.
Payment must be made within 30 days of the booking in order to secure your stand. Failure to do so will result in the reserved stand being released. A 2nd deposit of 40% will be required by no later than 31st January 2010. A 3rd and final deposit of 50% will be required no later than 1st July 2010.
