1. One copy of the thesis in its original language
2. Letter of agreement from the supervisor of the thesis 3. An electronic copy of an extended abstract of the thesis in English - to include the following: • Title of Thesis • Key words (2 primary, 2 secondary, 2 tertiary) • Category (Diploma/Masters, Doctorate/PhD) • Institution • Supervisor • Objectives of the work • State of the Art • Main Results • Conclusions The main text of the extended abstract should be between 2000 and 4000 words. Abstracts shorter than 2000 words and longer than 4000 words will not be considered by the judging panel. In addition to the main text, a list of up to 10 priority references may also be included. Entries will be acknowledged and entrants who have been short-listed will be notified in July and winners will be informed by end July 2008.
