EPMA 2021 Trend Surveys Are Now Live

  • Share this page:

The annual EPMA data collection activity on various industrial sectors within the Powder Metallurgy industry in 2020 is now live!

The data collection is alrerady underway, with Statistics and Trend surveys already live, as well as Benchmarking for MIM (Benchmarking for Press&Sinter is postponed to April 2021). Questionnaires are all live on our usual online tool, with specific mailings being sent to the members, and even outside membership, to call all companies to participate.

Participation in these surveys is even more essential this year, since we all experienced a very critical period in 2020 and also in this start of 2021 because of the market disruptions caused by the pandemic, lockdowns and travel bans. Data is more important than ever to assess the state of our business. In addition to normal questions, we have also added some specific ones in the Trend Surveys, please give us your feedback there as well.

As always, the surveys will have a double value: to allow EPMA to supply back reliable data on 2020 production of powders and parts for the various applications, especially if we can reach a sufficient coverage of the European market; and to help the companies compare their view and experience to the average views of the competitors.

Please take part, or remind the relevant people in your company to take part! The deadline for all questionnaires is Monday 8 March 2021

Some results will be shown already during the virtual EPMA General Assembly, on 15 April 2021, and will be presented more widely during the Sectoral Group meetings later in the year.
