European Powder Metallurgy Association’s (EPMA) annual Euro PM Congress & Exhibition, will be for the first time, taking place in Portugal, in its capital city, Lisbon, 4-7 October 2020.

The reason for this decision is to overall improve efficiency through facilitating collaboration and communication as well as enabling a better platform for cost optimisation.

Data collection campaign 2020, EPMA surveys are still open 

Taking place 14-15 January 2020 in Hary, France, the showcase will present a wide range of parts made from PM, or that have potential to made from PM.

The European Powder Metallurgy Association (EPMA) is organising a HIP Seminar focussing on the use of Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) to improve safety and innovation in the offshore sector.

The EPMA and Euro AM Group will be exhibiting at Formnext 2019 in Frankfurt, Germany, November 19 to 22, distributing the latest versions of the Introduction to Additive Manufacturing, Press & Sinter, Hot Isostatic Pressing, and Metal Injection Moulding from Stand A07 in Hall 12.

Following on from successfully exhibiting at Advanced Engineering in Gothenburg, Sweden in February, the EPMA will again be exhibiting at Advanced Engineering UK in 2019, on stand i40.

The European Powder Metallurgy Association (EPMA) has confirmed the next decade of its Euro PM Congress & Exhibition event series will take place for the first time in Lisbon, Portugal, October 4 –7 2020 at the Lisbon Congress Centre (CCL).

Maastricht, at the centre of Europe and the European Union, played host city to this year’s Euro PM2019 Congress & Exhibition.

The annual plenary meeting of ISO’s Additive manufacturing committee (TC 261) and ASTM International’s Committee on Additive manufacturing (F42) took place in Cetim, Senlis 16-20 September 2019,  focussing on additive manufacturing standards.

The EPMA Benchmarking programme for the European PM Industry is the process of identifying 'best practice' for companies in relation to the manufacture of PM products, including the processes by which those products are created and delivered. All information is externally verified and held in the strictest confidence.

Euro PM2019 Congress & Exhibition will host a meeting on Sunday 13th October, from 14:00 to 16:00 in the MECC Congress Centre, dedicated to a possible new multidisciplinary Club Project.
