20th Plansee Seminar

The 20th Plansee Seminar is an international conference to present new insights in the field of Refractory Metals and Hard Materials.

It will take place at the headquarters of the Plansee Group in Reutte, Austria from May 30–June 3, 2022. Applications, materials, processes and testing methods will be addressed in key-note lectures and contributed papers. The latter will be presented in oral and poster sessions. During the seminar, EPMA Hard Materials group (EuroHM) will have a separate sectoral group meeting on 30 May 2022. This will be the first presential meeting of EuroHM after three years due to Covid pandemic measures. The last presential meeting was held in October 2019 during EuroPM Congress & Exhibition in Maastricht. Since that date , all group meetings were held as online.
