Nanostructured Layer Formation In Evaporator Of Flat Aluminum Heat Pipe

Abstract

In the present report it is proposed to form capillary-porous material in the form of a layer with the thickness of 1 mm, consisting of boehmite nanoparticles with a diameter of 80-100 nm and containing the nanopores of 4.5 nm in size on the working surface of the evaporator of the flat heat pipe. It is also proposed to form capillary-porous material in the form of a layer with the thickness of 50-100 microns by hydration hardening of dispersing aluminum with particles of different configuration on the working surface of the evaporator of the flat heat pipe. The obtained material contains a system of transport pores with a diameter of 1-20 mm and nanopores with a diameter of 4.5 nm. The porosity of the material is about ~42%, permeability coefficient is (0,43-22)×10-13 m2, heat conduction coefficient is 0,2...0,6 W/(m×K), the specific surface is 85-120 m2/g.
