TUSAŞ Engine Industries, Inc, (TEI) based in Eskişehir, Türkiye, has reportedly become the first company in Türkiye to receive international Nadcap certification in Additive Manufacturing technologies.

The company has consolidated its position with forty-six special process capabilities with Nadcap accreditation in eleven different process groups among over 4,000 companies operating in the aviation, space and defence industries worldwide.

Special processes that change the physical, chemical, electrical and metallurgical properties of materials increase the resistance of engine parts to harsh conditions in aviation engines. Nadcap accreditation is used to document that these special processes are carried out in accordance with customer requirements and international standards and that high quality and safety standards are met.
