Our 2026 General Assembly will take place in Brussels on 20 May 2026. Full details, and the forms to register to atttend online, or in person, are here.

In addition to the standard agenda items, members will this year be asked to vote on a proposal to align membership fees for non-EU members with those applicable to EU members.

Voting will take place via the following link: EPMA General Assembly 2026. For ease of reference, this link also appears on slides 3 and 28 of the attached presentation.

Please note that voting rights are held exclusively by Full Members, with one vote per company. For those not attending in person, votes must be submitted before 9:00am on Tuesday 19 May — the day before the General Assembly. Members attending on site will be able to cast their vote when the item is reached on the agenda.
